We begin with an initial conversation via video call or in person (coffee or drinks on us!). This meeting allows us to get to know you and your business. We discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through our services.
Proposal Creation
Following our conversation, we create a detailed proposal outlining the estimated costs, deliverables, and timelines. This proposal provides a clear picture of what you can expect and helps you make an informed decision.
Discovery Session
If you accept our proposal, we dive deeper into your business through a Discovery Session. During this session, we explore your brand, services, target audiences, key markets, objectives, and budgets. We also define the specific deliverables and metrics required for your project. This thorough understanding allows us to refine our costs and ensure we deliver exactly what you need. For smaller design projects, this session may not be necessary.
